SIGNED BETWEEN WORLD BANK AND MINISTRY OF ECONOMIC AFFAIRS



The World Bank and the Ministry of Economic Affairs have signed an agreement worth 37 371 million for two projects. According to private TV, the World Bank will provide کروڑ 371 million to Pakistan for social development programs and the agricultural sector. Agreements have been signed between the World Bank and the Ministry of Economic Affairs for these two projects. The social development project includes primary health, education and conditional cash transfer programs, the scope of the social development program. It will cover 11 districts of Punjab including 8 districts of South Punjab. On the occasion, Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Khusroor Bakhtiar said that eradication of poverty and development of backward areas is our top priority, Government of Pakistan said.
