Urtugal IN PAKISTAN

Ever since Turkey's most popular historical drama "Ertugrul Ghazi" was aired on Pakistan's state-run PTV on the instructions of Prime Minister Imran Khan, it has been highly appreciated by the Pakistani people.  I have not seen this drama but according to media reports this drama has broken past records.  The first episode of the drama was aired in Pakistan on the first of Ramadan, after which the drama is widely discussed on social media.  According to a report, in the first fortnight, the drama's YouTube channel had one million subscribers, while the first episode of the drama had been watched by more than 14.1 million people on YouTube till May 10.  The play is based on the Islamic history, culture and traditions of the Ottoman Caliphate, which is being dubbed into Urdu and shown in Pakistan under the direction of Prime Minister Imran Khan after a huge success in Turkey.  The aim is to make the Pakistani people aware of the golden age of Islam.

 I got a chance to read and watch some of the dialogues of this drama through social media which shows that the purpose of this drama is to inform the viewers about the important duties like Islamic history as well as the teachings of Qur'an and Sunnah and jihad.  It was learned through the media that when the play was shown in Turkey and gained immense popularity there, the Western media also started writing about it and it was called an attempt to revive the Ottoman Caliphate.  It was also found that despite its immense popularity in Turkey, it was also targeted by the secular class there.  Over the last two or three weeks, I started reading people's reactions to this drama on Twitter and found out that it is setting a new record in Pakistan, but I was surprised to find that a class of our liberals and secularists  Has started raising objections to the play and their biggest objection is that the Turkish actors and actresses who are playing important roles in the play are "secular" in real life as opposed to their Islamic role in the play.  Are

 

 It was clear that the real problem for the protesters was the Islamic theme of the drama and the proud history of the Muslims.  Otherwise, the class that is trying to make people believe that the actors who play the lead roles in dramas are not Islamic in real life, generally defends pornography and nudity in dramas and movies and calls it art.  ۔  Those who do not mind showing Western and Indian films in Pakistan, non-Islamic culture is not a problem to be promoted here, they have learned why a Turkish drama is being shown in Pakistan which is a reflection of Islamic history, which  The Qur'an and Hadith and observance of religious principles have been taught.  Is the purpose of media, film and drama only to show the world of Hollywood and Bollywood in general?  It seems that those who are trying to secularize Pakistani society through media, film and drama have been disturbed by "Ertugrul Ghazi".

 We also used to make dramas in the golden age of Islam in the past which were aimed at enlightening the audience about the heroes of Islam as well as Islamic teachings but this series has stopped for the last few decades and now more often in movies, dramas  The purpose of what is shown is to spread nonsense and to promote Western and Indian culture here.  If one mentions Islam, speaks of the Qur'an and Hadith, or cites jihad, it is said that people want to see something else.  Turkey has refuted this propaganda with this drama and now it is our responsibility to clean our country's media, films and dramas from the filth that is the hallmark of Western and Indian media and in whose blind imitation we are here.  They are causing the damage that our generations will have to pay.

 Here I would like to talk briefly about the "Last Islamic History", as this book has been asked by Prime Minister Imran Khan to be read by the youth and some of our liberals also object to it but in my personal opinion those who  Can't study Islamic history in detail, for them in this book which consists of 160-170 pages, there is a cover of that history which is also a source of pride for us and knowing which we also consider those factors.  Which could lead to the end of our golden history.  Reading this book proves that when Muslims stick to their original Islamic teachings, Allah Almighty will grant them success and prosperity and they will be able to rule the world, but when they go against these principles.  ۔  Unlike Islam, if other nations imitate and adopt new non-Islamic ideologies, then Muslims will continue to be killed and this is what is happening to us nowadays.
